Working Hard To Help All Members!

With inflation and ongoing strife in the financial marketplace, I want to once again assure all members and potential members that WV Central is safe, sound, and working hard to improve the financial well-being of all members.

Some of the tools that we are using to help include Central Quick Cash, Kasasa Savers account, and our special May 2023 auto loan promotion. Please read below for details on each.

Central Quick Cash – Members can access this tool by signing into their account using the home banking system via wvccu.org or by using the mobile application. The tool looks to provide funds to members in need without needing to pull a credit report. The amount loaned will be determined by the members’ history and relationship with Central. The maximum amount is $2,000.00. If approved, funds can be in your account for use within minutes.

Kasasa Savers – Members that meet the qualifications set in our Kasasa checking accounts can earn 4.5% on amounts up to $50,000.00 in the savings account. This rate is currently 18.75 times higher than the national average for savings accounts. Central is striving to provide a great return to all members.

May Auto Loan Promotion – From May 15 to May 26, 2023, members will be rewarded reductions off the already low loan rates for years of membership, for having an active checking account, and for loans with a loan to value (LTV) of 85% or less. If able to approve the loan, rates can be as low as 2.60%. If approved, the 60-month loan rate will not exceed 5.25%. The loan promotion provides a two-week window to an amazing rate that will put money back into your pockets! This is for a purchase or for refinancing loans from other lenders.

The tools that we are promoting will help borrowers and savers. We need both to make our financial cooperative successful. WV Central will continue to grow and make a difference for our members and our communities if we all work towards this common goal.
