Self Service for Faster Service

Try our self service products for faster service. You can open an account, apply for a loan and sign your loan documents electronically, all from the convenience of your home.  If you need to visit one of our locations in person, please make an appointment for a location near you.

Appointments are available during our normal lobby hours. Making an appointment is easy, and can be done using your mobile device, computer or tablet.

Q: Can I make a same day appointment? 

A: You can make a same day appointment. However, please note that same day appointments may need to be made at a different location for your preferred time . 

Q: How far in advance can I make an appointment? 

A: You can make an appointment up to 14 days in advance. 

Q: Can I call for an appointment? 

A: You can call 800-642-1902 and request an appointment. You will receive email confirmation of your appointment. 

Q: Can I make an appointment with my favorite Member Service Representative? 

A: You can make an appointment with a specific team member so long as their schedule permits and works with your preferred date/time. 

Q: Will I receive confirmation of my appointment? 

A: You will receive an email confirmation of your appointment. 

Q: How far in advance should I arrive for my appointment? 

A: We recommend arriving no more than five minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

Q: Is there a fee to use the service? If I cancel my appointment? 

A: There is no fee to use the service, and you will not be charged to cancel or change your appointment.

Q: Does making an appointment mean I won't have to wait? 

A: We will do our best to honor your appointment as close to the scheduled time as possible. While we cannot guarantee that you will not wait, making an appointment will help to minimize your wait time.
