Money Mobile
Money Mobile is available to all CU members with a mobile phone which accesses the internet. First, you must sign up for CU@YourDesk. Do that by visiting www.wvccu.org. Click on CU@YourDesk, go to the bottom of the page, and click on “How to Enroll”. Your passwords and additional information will be sent to you by the credit union.
Once you’ve completed the enrollment process, simply log on to www.wvccu.org/mobile on your phone, and enter your account number and password. You will be asked to answer security questions the first time you log in, and you may then choose to register your phone so you will not have to answer the questions subsequently. You may be asked the questions more than once on your initial log-in; be patient and complete the process. You can then view balances and transfer funds with ease, and never have to worry if a payment has cleared or you are overdrawn.
If you have more than one account, you can link the accounts so all balances may be viewed on one log-in. You must first call the Credit Union to have this feature activated. On a regular PC or laptop, open your main account. Click on “preferences” on the left, and follow the instructions to share accounts. You may then log into that main account and look at all those that are shared.
