On June
4, 2001 the drive-up at the credit union was temporarily closed in order to expand
existing services by adding an additional transaction lane and a new ATM. The project is
estimated to take four to six weeks to complete. Less wait time and better communication
from member to teller will be experienced with the newly constructed transaction lanes.
The new ATM machine will speed up traffic in the ATM access lane and allow for less down
time.
Members are finding that "It PAYS to stand in line" at West Virginia
Central Credit Union. Due to the inconvenience of having to park and come into the lobby
of the credit union, each member is given the opportunity to register to win in a weekly
cash drawing of $100.00. Coffee and cookies are available in the lobby along with juices
and gummy snacks for the younger crowd. Lobby hours will be 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Saturday during construction. If you
are handicapped and unable to come inside the lobby, feel free to give us a call at (304)
485-4523 or 800-642-1902 and one of our member service representatives can assist with
your transaction needs.
On the day of re-opening of our newly constructed drive-up facility, please join us for
free hotdogs and a live radio remote. All members previously entered in the weekly $100.00
drawing will be eligible to win the grand prize drawing of a Coleman gas grill with
accessories, cooler and $50.00 in groceries, the drawing will be held at noon.
So, it really does PAY to stand in line at your credit union. Stop inside from time
